Let's see. Ordered food at 11.20 pm. Got the confirmation e-mail at 11.25 pm. It's 1 am and it still hasn't arrived. Oh, when I called at midnight, all I get was a recording informing me that the restaurant is closed. Awesome!

Great maduros, cream corn, mahi and fish tacos

Love the chicken tortilla soup even though it has almost NOOO chicken in it, please add more chicken, wayyy too much globs of cheese in the soup. thats fine if it was called cheese tortilla soup, but its not...its called CHICKEN...where is the chicken? Also disappointed in the lack of transparency in what they actually put in their food. I ordered the lamp meatballs and nowhere on the seamless menu does it say they put some gross white creamy sauce on it. Again that is fine if you actually write that you top it with a white sauce but they do not write that and I ordered it hoping to get yummy meatballs and sadly I couldnt even eat them because I do not eat white sauce.... disappointed

Disappointing / Mediocre Food -- Soggy and greasy Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla Even worse Service -- they didn't have an item I ordered and instead of calling to let me know, they just leave the item out of the order -- I had to call them back and wait another hour for it to be delivered with no apologies from the Restaurant

Delicious and so much food! The rio grande salad was great.

Great food and perfect packaging to avoid any spills in transit. It's like Larry David packed it himself

The steak is really good. So is the bread and cookies they give with your order.

Good quality food and delivery arrived based on estimated time. Packaging was great but definitely not the healthiest salads.

Ordered the lobster club, the bacon was soggy and there were 3 tiny pieces of lobster with a mound of avocado.

Sliders were awful, just a hamburger cut up into four pieces

Ordered late and delivery was fast and fresh. The achiote chicken sandwich was mzn and the key lime pie was dvn. Totes down with this place, specially with the lack of options around financial district.

Reliable restaurant that delivers fresh food late. Free cookies with order is a welcome bonus.

Very good and simple Chicken quesadilla. The salsas provided with the dilla and chips were all unique and tasty. Would order again.

The southwest salads are the reason I order from here. Besides the salad, I used to order the lobster sandwich but lately when ordered, the lobsters that they include in the sandwich has been small in portion. Last year, when I ordered, I remember the lobster sandwich being full with lobster, but recently that's not the case.

The BEST chicken fingers

Burger came hot and not overcooked, which is pretty impressive for delivery. Pleasantly surprised overall. Menu is a bit of a grab-bag, which is why I don't order from here very much.

Laughably small portions...flavorless food...dont even bother...

Spent the weekend running between the couch and the toilet as a result of a meal here the night before. Overpriced and underwhelming - without considering the toll it takes for days afterward. Check out their latest NYC health code violations...

Unbelievable--I have not ordered from here in awhile, but I am a vegan and I always write something to that effect in the comment section--I had ordered at least 3 or 4 times before, but only today did i get a phone call saying there are egg whites in the black bean burger. Did I say 'unbelievable'? Unfortunately, on seamlessweb it is all too believable, because rarely are the indications in my comments (especially--please no napkins, straws or silverware) followed. And I always write 'thanks!!' to let them know I am not being rude, just expressing my needs as a customer. $17.22 for one sandwich--on a bed of wholly useless mesclun lettuce! Honestly!

delivery takes forever

The confirmation stated it was 25 minutes away. The order was delivered in 1 hr and 15 mins... Needless to say, the burgers were cold and really soggy. I refused the order, and they apologized and sent me a new one. The new one was nice and hot and fluffy... and overcooked. I ordered medium. It came well-done... I was not going to raise a fuss with them for the second time, I just won't order with them again...

Please change the Caesar salad back. It's the only reason we order from your restaurant. When I expected a Caesar salad with grilled corn, chipotle Caesar dressing and tortilla strips, that's what I expect. I don't want some run of the mill Caesar salad I can get in any restaurant. So disappointed!

Super fast delivery! Quality food (blackened salmon blt) and big portion. :) Loved it

Lightning-fast delivery! Food arrived HOT! Loved the attention paid to proper packing and all the niceties -- including the cookie :-) Pulled pork sandwich can't be beat. The generous portion of fresh, crisp cole slaw vanished rapidly.

i order from here almost every night. the salads are great, as are the pulled pork quesadillas.
Posted 2 years ago by Patricia N.
Delivered promptly, but food was of lower quality. The flatbread sandwiches were very tiny, not enough to constitute a meal; the pulled pork sandwiches, including the cole slaw, were dry; there was not enough dressing for the salads... However, the SWNY wraps were a hit.

Chipotle mashed potatoes are to die for

If I could have given a negative star I would have. The food was greasy and dripping in oil (and I ordered a "grilled chicken sandwich"). We all felt ill after eating the food which is basically a heart attack on a plate. They do not offer any healthy alternatives or modifications to their existing menus to make it somewhat healthier!

the food was delicious and they thought of everything - it included a hand wipe, toothpick, & after dinner mints
Posted 2 years ago by Judy T.
Apparently the cornbread croutons (which are the only other ingredient besides tomatoe and lettuce) only come in this salad during lunchtime, so beware if you plan on ordering a salad for dinner this is just a whole lot of lettuce.
Posted 3 years ago by Nicole C.
Great fries and killer rings. The pulled pork is usually worth the delivery!
Posted 3 years ago by Bill J.
The salads are great, but it would be easier if they toss it and not have just the lettuce at the bottom and all the other ingredients on top. Fast delivery and they include cookies sometimes, not all the time.

Great option in the Financial District. The steaks and fish are good as well as the quesadillas. I've never had the problems with delivery that others have described, but I am also typically ordering at night and not at lunch. They are open later than anything else of their class on Seamless Web. NB. They have a nice outdoor seating area on the water during the summer.

Eat there frequently and it one of a few places in the area here where we live that the food is consisitent, tasty and some good choices and close by and nice folks there.

My food arrived in 15 min- everything was great, but didn't get the free cookie everyone was talking about. =( I would definately order from them again.

Was very disappointed with the lobster club sandwich. Can't believe they get away with charging almost $16 for that. It made me feel a little queasy afterwards. And the jalapeno poppers arrived cold.

The food was good and very well presented. I especially appreciated that they included everything -- wetnap, condiments, extra cutlery, and even a free cookie for dessert. Those extra touches really add to the experience. I would order from them again.
